Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Prism Pro mobile application operated by the Prism Pro team ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our App.

1. Use of the App

Prism Pro is a companion application for AR smart glasses. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the App

2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Prism Pro team and its licensors.

3. Third-Party Links and Services

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
