Pebble SeeQ (“Pebble SeeQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile application used to connect with smart glasses. The App allows users to synchronize photos, videos, and audio recordings from smart glasses to their mobile device, use AI voice chat features, query weather information based on location, and create or access an account using an email address.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, how long it is retained, how you can delete your information, and what rights you may have under applicable privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”) for users located in India, and the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for users located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

Pebble SeeQ supports account registration and login using an email address. We do not require users to register or log in with a mobile phone number.

Photos, videos, and audio recordings captured by your smart glasses are transferred to and stored locally on your mobile device. These media files are not uploaded to, stored on, or backed up to our backend servers by default.

To provide these features, your data is sent to and processed by third-party AI services operated by Microsoft Corporation: (1) Microsoft Azure AI Speech (Speech Services) – your voice recordings are sent for speech-to-text recognition, and the response text is sent for text-to-speech synthesis; (2) Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service – your recognized or entered text and the related conversation content are sent to generate AI chat responses.
This data is sent only to provide the AI voice chat features you request, generate responses, and maintain service security. It is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking. Microsoft processes this data as our service provider under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum and Microsoft’s enterprise privacy and security commitments, which provide a level of protection for your personal data that is the same as or equivalent to the protection described in this Privacy Policy. We request your explicit consent within the App before any of the above data is sent to these third-party AI services for the first time. If you do not consent, the AI voice chat features will not be available, while other App features continue to work. You may withdraw your consent at any time in the App settings, after which these features will be disabled.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
Pebble SeeQ provides an in-app function that allows users to delete their user information or account information.
You may delete your information through the App by using the account deletion or user information deletion feature. After you submit a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your account-related personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Please note that deleting your account or user information from our backend servers does not automatically delete photos, videos, or audio recordings stored locally on your mobile device or on your smart glasses. You can delete those local files directly in the App, from your device storage, or from the smart glasses if supported.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. You should not rely on AI responses as professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you without appropriate legal basis, safeguards, or your consent where required by law.
Pebble SeeQ is not designed to collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health records, religious beliefs, political opinions, or biometric identifiers for identification purposes.
However, photos, videos, audio recordings, voice input, or chat content that you choose to create or provide may contain sensitive information. Please avoid including sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the App.
